**You agree NOT to:** 🚫 Manipulate leaderboards or rankings 🚫 Use multiple accounts for unfair advantage 🚫 Attempt hacking or reverse engineering 🚫 Create malicious automations for XP gain 🚫 Share account with other people 🚫 Use unauthorized bots or scripts 🚫 Deliberately exploit vulnerabilities or bugs 🚫 Post offensive, illegal, or pornographic content 🚫 Spam or unauthorized commercial content 🚫 Improper sharing of private data 🚫 Attempt to bypass payments 🚫 Host malware or harmful content **Consequences:** - ⚠️ Warning - ⏸️ Temporary suspension - 🚫 Permanent ban - 📊 Removal of illicitly gained XP - 💰 Refund denied

**Subscription Models** 💎 **User Premium** - Full access for individual users - Automatic monthly/yearly renewal 🏢 **Professional Plans** - Basic: 5 clients - Pro: 25 clients - Elite: 100 clients 🌟 **Lifetime Access** - Permanent access - No renewal needed **Automatic Renewal** - Automatic renewal at the end of the period - Notice sent 7 days before renewal - Card will be charged automatically **Cancellation** - You can cancel anytime - No cancellation penalties - Access ends at the end of your paid period - Data is not automatically deleted **Downgrades** - Downgrade takes effect immediately - Features are removed immediately - Prorated refund may be applied **Refunds** - We do not offer refunds after purchase confirmation - Except for our error or detected fraud - Billing disputes take 30-45 days

**Coach/Professional Responsibilities** You are responsible for: ✅ Quality of workouts and nutrition plans ✅ Proper communication with clients ✅ Compliance with local health laws ✅ Content you upload (photos, videos, workouts) ✅ Ensuring content is legal and yours **What you CANNOT do:** 🚫 Make medical diagnoses 🚫 Prescribe medications 🚫 Violate client privacy 🚫 Use client accounts without permission 🚫 Share client data **Client Management** - Maximum clients varies by plan - Basic: 5 clients - Pro: 25 clients - Elite: 100 clients **Liability Limitation** FORGE is not responsible for: - Quality of professional services - Workout results - Injuries from improper execution - Inadequate diet or nutrition - Communication between coach and client

**Your Content** You retain full ownership of: 📸 Progress photos 📝 Text and notes 📊 Workout data 🍎 Nutrition data **License to FORGE** By using FORGE, you grant the company: - Right to use content to operate the platform - Right to backup your data - Right to display content in personal reports - Right to use aggregated data for analytics **Prohibitions** You may not post: 🚫 Sexually explicit content 🚫 Violence or harmful content 🚫 Spam or commercial content 🚫 Third-party intellectual property 🚫 Other people's personal information 🚫 Illegal content **Content Removal** FORGE may remove content that violates these terms without notice. **Content Privacy** - Workouts/progress are private by default - You control who can see your data - Data is not sold or shared
